Alan Sternberg

Inspired by global cuisine yet firmly grounded by strong Indiana roots, chef Alan Sternberg ranks among the top young chefs in the country. The 32-year-0ld executive chef was a Rising Star Chef of the Year semifinalist in the 2016 & 2018 James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards. With an eye for design and an appreciation of local, seasonal ingredients, Alan has become known for creative food that is as beautiful as it is delicious. his modern Midwestern cuisine has been featured in Travel & Leisure, Indianapolis Monthly, The Indianapolis Star, and The Indianapolis Recorder newspapers, in NUVO Newsweekly, on WISH-TV’s Indy Style morning show, WFYI-FM public radio and at Thrillist.com and Stay.com.

The Young chef is always busy in the kitchen at Field Brewing or Cerulean, but makes time to participate in local food events and enjoy time with his wife Audra and 2 kids.

Audra Sternberg

Audra grew up in a family of passionate home cooks. Many childhood memories revolve around times in the kitchen or around the table. It’s these memories that help drive Audra to care about creating memorable experiences at the table. A creative free spirit, Audra is always looking for a challenge and has helped create a beer festival, explore a career in photography, coordinate a Friends of James Beard Dinner, and even into the bake shop at Field Brewing where she can be found whipping up tasty baked goods and fresh bread. Audra and her work have been featured on WISH-TV’s Indy Style morning show, WFYI-FM public radio, and Indianapolis Monthly.

The young mother of 2 spends free time playing video games and playing with her poodle Winnie and kitty Hank.
